About Morgann Trumbull Projects
Morgann Trumbull Projects is an artist-centric contemporary art platform and edition publisher, dedicated to placing artists first. MTP is a San Francisco Bay Area based organization, currently operating without a permanent brick-and-mortar space, but rather through periodic physical pop-up exhibitions and curatorial collaborations with other galleries. MTP will primarily leverage an online model to release curatorial presentations of artists’ unique and limited edition artworks.
With nearly two decades of experience in the art world and across a variety of art industries, Morgann Trumbull brings specialized expertise, curatorial vision, and creativity to MTP. She works intimately with each artist to achieve their goals and explore new realms of ingenuity. Through close collaboration with artists, print presses, fabricators, and creatives, MTP aims to advance and enhance artists’ careers through opportunities to work outside their usual medium, practice, and scope, as well as to provide new exposure and critical attention.
While foundationally a contemporary and emerging art focused organization, MTP seeks to place present artists’ work within the context of the larger art world through dialog with Post-War and historical artworks, looking at influence, evolution, and innovation.
MTP focuses on artists with process-based practices across visual arts media. We value artistic talent, the spirit of experimentation, and relationships, and are committed to fostering a diverse community of artists, empowering those who demonstrate exceptional potential.
